So Many Kids in the Kitchen: Salads

A handful of Cooks in the Kitchen turn the cameras on their 8-12 year-old children as they share easy and fun plant-based cooking. Today the Kids demonstrate and discuss favorite salads.

If you RSVP and "Like" the So Many Cooks in the Kitchen page, you will get notified and be able to watch the Livestream here; it will be recorded and viewable afterward, as well. An edited version will also be available later on the Plant-Based Network. It will also be simulcast to YouTube and Twitter.

The show is good for all ages but children more or less in grades 3-7 and their parents may find it most interesting. Watch our kids cook or cook along with them and bring your questions for a Q&A session after we're done. Recipes will be shared.

We are a group of Food for Life instructors with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. We host free online seminars with many of us presenting on a specific topic.
